As part of The Cinnamon Collection’s 25th anniversary celebrations, its five London restaurants will launch a special series created by the chefs who help define its kitchens today. Each limited-edition menu is a personal expression of their culinary heritage and the regions that shaped them.
With menus starting from £35pp, each chef has drawn on their own memories, regional traditions and family influences to craft dishes that reflect their culinary journey. The result is collection of deeply personal menus that celebrate the depth of India’s regional cuisines while highlighting the next generation of talent within the group, all nurtured under the guidance of chef Vivek Singh.

Spanning the Western Ghats to Bengal and the Himalayan state of Uttarakhand, the series reflects Vivek’s longstanding commitment to championing individuality in the kitchen and providing a platform for his chefs to share their stories through food.

Chef Vivek Singh comments: “The Cinnamon Collection has always been about more than the food on the plate – it’s about the people behind it. Being able to champion our team and give our chefs a chance to tell their own stories is an honour and one of the best ways to mark 25 years of Cinnamon cooking; I couldn’t be prouder of what they’ve created.”
