Exclusive 130th Anniversary Short Courses

Coronation Chicken Masterclass – 11th March

This class celebrates one of Le Cordon Bleu London’s most famous culinary contributions – Coronation Chicken, originally created for Queen Elizabeth II’s Coronation Luncheon in 1953. Learn how to make a version of this iconic dish from scratch, mastering essential techniques while exploring the dish’s fascinating history.

Black Cherry Soufflé with Fig Leaf Ice Cream – 5th June

The soufflé is a French classic that can be both sweet and savoury, and this course features a delightful combination of black cherry and chocolate. An essential dish for any seasoned chef to master, participants will learn how to create the perfect soufflé under the guidance of a Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef. 

Duck à l’Orange – 3rd September

A timeless example of French cuisine, this course revisits the classic Duck à l’Orange. Participants will prepare a beautifully roasted and smoked duck breast paired with chicory, miso-glazed carrots, and an exquisite orange sauce.

Pineapple Tarte Tatin Workshop – 25th November

In this exciting workshop, participants will learn to create a modern version of the classic French dessert, commonly made with apples, which are caramelized with butter and sugar before being baked in puff pastry. The course instead uses flavours of pineapple, coconut, lemongrass, and timut pepper. 

These exclusive short courses are designed for culinary enthusiasts of all skill levels, from passionate home cooks to seasoned professionals looking to refine their techniques. Each class will run for 130 minutes and is priced at £130 per person. Spaces for these special anniversary courses are limited, so early booking is highly recommended.
