ARTISANAL Italian food brand, Seggiano, has expanded its range of best-in-class larder essentials with a new savoury product range and two new sweet snacking products.
Building on consumer desire for unprocessed and healthy vegan food options, Seggiano has added three exciting soup choices, as well as adding two handmade sweet offerings, Chocolate Grissini and Marzipan Maraschino Chocolates.
Available to purchase online and in-store at a range of speciality food shops and delis, the new Seggiano offerings are all certified vegan. The soups are set to be store cupboard staples through autumn and winter, whilst the sweets will make a lot of friends happy during the festive season.

Made in partnership with our Sicilian producer, the Seggiano soup range is an exciting departure from Italian traditional ingredients and consists of three vegan recipes that are high in fibre and a source of protein – optimising nutrition and taste and very easy to prepare.
Recipes include the deliciously creamy Golden Lentil and Coconut Soup and the 15 Vegetable Miso Minestra Soup that integrates both Italian and Asian culinary delights. The hearty Organic Bean and Quinoa Soup is the perfect winter warmer and doubles up as a ready made sauce for pasta fagioli.

David continued: “Our soup range is particularly exciting for us, as it’s the first time we’ve incorporated elements from different cuisines alongside those from Italy to create something totally unique. The miso and coconut flavours were inspired by industry trends that are here to stay, and we hope the UK enjoys tucking in to these delicious products throughout the cooler months.”
With Christmas on the approach, Seggiano has also diversified its gifting and sweet snacking range with the inclusion of a traditional, handmade Chocolate Grissini made in partnership with producers based in Piemonte.
The recipe uses locally milled wheat flour, Italian extra virgin olive oil and 58% cocoa to create an indulgent flavour and signature snapping texture. Chocolate lovers will love this simple stocking filler that is moreish on its own, with a hearty cuppa or as a sophisticated sharing treat at parties.

Encased in a luxurious gold embossed packaging, Seggiano’s delicious new vegan Marzipan Maraschino Chocolates are handmade by an artisan family producer in Tuscany using selected quality ingredients, making for an excellent seasonal gift.
The perfect final note to a meal, the new chocolates are made with almond flour marzipan, infused with Maraschino liqueur distilled from marasca cherries of northern Italy, and covered with 70% chocolate from sustainably farmed San Domingo cocoa.
