VILLA NAI 3.3 – EXCLUSIVELY YOURS

Villa Nai 3.3 a member of The Leading Hotels of the World ™ ® is a true architectural gem, fascinating for its unusual style and its seamless fusion into the landscape, and for the very first time is available to hire in its entirety.

Rooted in its Dalmatian heritage on the island of Dugi Otok, off the coast of Croatia, completely immersed in nature and embraced by beaches and cliffs, Villa Nai 3.3 can now be yours alone for a truly exclusive summer experience.

Eight luxurious rooms and suites, with sea views or verdant olive groves glimpsed from private outdoor terraces, spacious bathrooms with world-class luxury fittings, and two restaurants serving only selected ingredients sourced from local farms or the sea, as well as a spa using medicinal herbs from the region or Nai 3.3 olive oil, a wellness haven with indoor swimming pool and Finnish sauna scented to your liking, a dedicated outdoor gym for staying active on holiday- This is Villa Nai 3.3,

From the moment you land by helicopter at Villa Nai 3.3’s helipad from the nearest airport of Zadar (20-minute ride) or step off a catamaran (45 minutes to Dugi Otok) or ferry (1hr) this Leading Hotel of the World member can be yours for your exclusive use to savour and explore in a private party of up to 16.

It’s a rare opportunity to have such a unique, fully staffed property at your fingertips, available as your private home for the duration of your stay. Just you, your family, and friends splashing about in the pool, languishing on the beach, visiting the olive groves, and enjoying the salt air and the sea breezes with no other guests in sight. A dream come true, to celebrate an anniversary, a birthday, graduation, or just a chance to restore the bonds of mind, body, and soul that tie us all together.

The design and comfort of Villa Nai 3.3 are changing the landscape of luxury travel. Its unusual geometry and structure imitate the elements of traditional Dalmatian dry stone building, while stone harvested from the olive grove and excavated from the hill has been used to help create the distorted shapes that enable the hotel to sit inside the hill, flawlessly in sync with nature. You can wander inside and out, with a true feeling of being in your home away from home.

Inside, the beautiful sense of calm and space in the five deluxe rooms and three suites derived from the exposed stone walls and floor-length windows can be found. Discreet and sumptuous, contemporary Italian design makes its mark in the furnishings, marble bathrooms, and plush linens.

Villa Nai 3.3 has two restaurants that specialise in produce sourced from local farms and the sea. Restaurant Grotta 11,000 focuses on dishes prepared by an open fire, honouring the ancient traditions of the island from 11,000 years ago. Wood is used on the open fire for grilling meat, fish, and local vegetables, all from the surrounding region.

Restaurant 3.3 serves modern Mediterranean cuisine, with organic ingredients such as vegetables and fish, carefully selected and complemented with Nai 3.3 olive oil. This fine-dining restaurant boasts local goat’s milk, goat’s cheese, and goat’s yogurt, with bread and pastries made in-house, and seasonal fruits and vegetables from organic island farms. Villa Nai currently carries more than 130 wine labels, highlighting the Dalmatian region, as well as international wines. The wine list focuses on sparkling wines and champagnes, with 33 champagne labels available to use in making delicious cocktails.

For an exclusive pampering session for you or a family member or friend, the spa is at your sole command. Medicinal herbs from the island region are used in traditional and modern treatments as well as Nai 3.3 olive oil. The olive milling technology separates the olive oil from the rest of the liquid and is used for various skin conditions because of its impressive healing properties. The spa has also developed a plasma therapy to revitalise cells and regenerate the body, using the liquid extracted from the oil.

The spa is an oasis for you to restore harmony and balance with no interruptions or challenges to your schedule. It features the best of the best in treatments, such as Balinese and Thai body massage, along with a broad range of traditional and innovative, Croatian, and international techniques to make your much-coveted downtime one of a kind. In between your appointments take a stroll in the private outdoor garden for meditation and mindful contemplation.

Swimmers and loungers alike can pick from the two swimming pools at Villa Nai 3.3, which offer the chance to exercise for a few laps or to relax in a Jacuzzi-style environment indoors. The outdoor seawater pool is 23m long, large enough for a proper swim, while pool water can be changed at your request at any time. Villa Nai 3.3 also boasts a small outdoor gym where you can exercise on a stationary bike, or yoga mats while inhaling the refreshing island air. All these possibilities may herald a life-changing approach to everyday routines when you return home.

The great outdoors is also waiting to enhance your exclusive stay. Among Croatia’s most peaceful islands, Dugi Otok itself is notable for its long, thin shape: 27 miles long yet never more than three miles wide. To the south, forested cliffs plunge to empty bays; farther north looms Veli Rat’s simple lighthouse. Both of Villa Nai 3.3’s closest villages, Žman and Zaglav, are sleepy little ports perfect for a spot of Dalmatian dreaming. Dugi Otok’s liveliest village is its biggest, Sali, which wakes up from its daytime slumber when all the boats return in the late afternoon and the port buzzes with life. Just beyond Sali is one of Dugi Otok’s most beautiful sights, Telašćica Nature Park, with its oddly shaped bay harbouring six islets and 25 coves. And to the south is the sailors’ favourite, Kornati National Park, where dozens of islands have a mesmerising spartan beauty all of their own.
